Abstract: This presentation will discuss the efforts underway at William Paterson University to develop an innovative new vision for our Liaison Program. The growth and expansion of electronic resources and subscription packages, along with shrinking budgets for monograph purchases, requires a re-evaluation of the role of the Library Liaison. A role that is transitioning from a focus on collection development, towards expanding the Library’s campus and community engagement efforts. An open dialogue will be included to allow Liaison Coordinators and Liaisons to discuss their programs and share their experiences.
